Nano’s platform includes artificial intelligence (AI), proprietary algorithms, a pioneering Arm-based AI chip and related device ecosystem, and specialized nanotechnology-powered solutions. Mr. Papermaster has over 30 years of experience as a career technology entrepreneur, public policy expert, global speaker, and noted author. Steve’s leadership has included founder, chairman, CEO and/or board member positions for several publicly traded (and successful IPO’s) and private companies,
Steve was an appointed senior advisor to President George W. Bush regarding domestic and global strategy for innovation, technology, and science. He was a member and co-chair of PCAST, The President’s Council of Advisors for Science and Technology, the National Nanotechnology Initiative, Quantum Computing and Data Initiative, and Secretary of Energy Advisory Board. Steve also served as a judge for the White House Fellows, one of America’s most distinguished programs for leadership and public service.
Steve won the prestigious Ernst & Young “Entrepreneur of the Year” award and went on to serve as a national judge for the U.S. He co-founded the EY World Entrepreneur of the Year program and chairs the World EOY Alumni Network.
He is highly experienced in founding, growing, funding, acquiring, and investing in innovative technology companies around the world. Steve’s leadership titles include founder, chairman, CEO, and/or board member for several publicly traded and private companies, including Nano Global, Moxie Software, Powershift Group, ROME Corp.
